A interactive class combinding jazz, tap, and street dancing into a highly effective fitness based workout.Classes include balance, flexibility, and strength to create a unique physical experience. No previous skill required.
Hip Hop
Bringing a little of the rhythm to the studio. Believe it or not you will break a sweat and burn a few calories.
Street Dancing
This class is a variety of different dance styles. Ranging from reggae, latino, and krumping.

Regular Classes

Kickboxing
This is the real thing. Taught by a martial arts specialist. Come learn the proper technique to this popular sport.
Self Defense
Come learn the important things you need to know to protect yourself. Come learn self awareness and self defense techniques.
Ball/Strength
Using free-weights and swiss-ball/half ball strength in the core has never been more challenging! Even though core is the main focus, all muscle groups get their time to shine in this 60 minute class.
Strengthen & Tone
This class involves no cardio. It focuses on total body strengthening and defining.
Performance Spin
A higher paced spin workout that pushes participants that want that little extra just that much further. Harder workouts, more intensity, greater performance results.
